Purbeck Property is an independent estate & letting agency prominently situated in the centre of the Saxon Walled Town of Wareham between The Old Town Cross & The River Frome. Established in 1984 by Rob Green, Purbeck Property is now owned by his stepson Daniel Pavlou & his business partner Mark Olsen, who bring with them over 30 years of sales & lettings experience.

Purbeck Property cover all of the towns, villages & hamlets within the Purbecks as well as neighbouring areas in Poole, Blandford & Dorchester.

Having a wealth of experience in estate agency Mark has managed a number of offices in the Dorset area before taking over Purbeck Property in 2016. Having started in the hospitality industry over 25 years ago he has a hard working friendly approach. Mark lives in Wareham & in his spare time enjoys playing a variety of sports & watching football at Bournemouth.

Lettings Director

Having grown up in the Wareham area Dan is NFOPP level 3 qualified in lettings & brings with him an in depth knowledge of the lettings market & its legislation. Before taking over Purbeck Property in 2016 he managed offices from Dorchester through to Christchurch & lives in Wareham with his young family. In his spare time Dan enjoys playing golf, cooking & spending time with his son.

Born & bred in Wareham Jake joined the team at Purbeck Property in 2019. He has brought with him a depth of local knowledge, enthusiasm & excellent customer service having worked in the local hospitality sector. Jake is involved with a number of local sporting teams such as tennis, rugby & football.

Having lived & educated in Wareham, Lauren has worked in the hospitality industry locally bringing with her a friendly & organised approach. Running the Property Management side of the lettings department Lauren is methodical & eager to deal with issues that arise.
